Unimark Classes provides educational content, including e-notes (downloadable study materials), video lectures, and other digital resources. Since our products are digital and instantly accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or returns for any digital products.

2. No Refund & No Return Policy for E-Notes

• Our e-notes (downloadable study materials) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Once the payment is made and the e-notes are delivered, no refund, exchange, or cancellation will be entertained.

• Before purchasing, we encourage users to review the description of the e-notes carefully.

3. Payment Issues

• Any refunds in case of incorrect charges will be processed within 7-10 business days, subject to verification.

4. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

• The user has been charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.

• The purchased digital product is not delivered due to a system failure.

• The content delivered is completely different from the product description (subject to verification by our team).
